Featured in this lot is this elegant sapphire diamond and 14k white gold earrings with AIG paperwork. The earrings feature a wonderfully and professionally crafted 14k white gold construction that features a elegant snowflake design with a 'Orianne' hallmark and is marked '14k' gold stamp next to the hallmark and is marked 'SA 1.66cts and D 2.18cts.' The centerstone is two oval mixed cut natural blue sapphires that measure 6.80 x 4.80 x 2.60mm and show moderately included clarity that is type II and is medium dark, slightly grayish violetish blue color that transmits light with a minimum of distortion and shows a total weight of 1.66 carats. The snowflake design is decorated with a total of 568 round brilliant cut diamonds that are graded in setting and show a clarity of VS2 - SI2 and a color gradient of F - H with a total diamond weight of 2.18 carats. The piece comes complete with AIG(American International Gemologists, a GIA certified lab AIG Appraisal Number#: ER006226) report and appraisal confirming the above info and giving a total value of $14,770.00. The measurements of this pair of earrings is 2" x 7/8".
