The lot features a GIA and AIG papered natural Blue Sapphire and Diamond ring in platinum. The band is solid platinum, marked PT950 and shows a prong set pear mixed brilliant cut natural Blue Sapphire stone at the center that has a weight of 3.32 carats. The stone has a halo border of round brilliant natural Diamonds being 23 in total with weight of 0.21 carats, SI-1 to 21-2 clarity and F-G color. The ring has a total weight of 5.12 grams. The piece comes with a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) which confirms this as a natural Corundum Sapphire with pear cut, blue coloring, 3.32 carats and beryllium diffused treatment (GIA Report Number 1172870312). Also comes with AIG (American International Gemologists, No. 000717170081) gemology report and appraisal which confirms the above and gives a value of $4,070.00. Size 7 US.
