    Shipping Info

    PICK-UP HOURS Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and Saturdays by appointment. Winnings must be retrieved within 14 days or they will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund. If you need to send someone else to claim your winnings, please call ahead and let us know!

    WE SHIP! If you live further than 4 hours driving distance from McLaren Auction Services, we will automatically assume you require shipment of your auction winnings. Your credit card will automatically be charged for postage once the actual costs have been calculated. Shipments will be processed within the 14 day pick up window and a tracking number sent to your email. Please call or email immediately if you do NOT require shipping and plan on picking up in-person or sending someone else to collect.

    Bidder’s Terms and Conditions

    1. You must have a bidder’s number to bid/purchase.

    2. Payment options include cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

    3. A thirteen percent (13%) buyer’s premium will apply to all onsite sales (3% cash discount). Online bidders pay an eighteen percent (18%) buyer’s premium.

    4. Everything is sold as-is, where-is, in its present condition with no warranty stated or implied.

    5. Written absentee bids are accepted with a secured method of payment.

    6. Preview is encouraged.  Catalogs are meant to be used as a guide only.  Please bid by your own inspection.

    7. All sales are final.

    8. Auction winnings must be paid in full before packing and pickup.  Pickup will be on auction night or during auction house hours:

    · Monday - Friday from 9am until 4pm.

    · Most Saturdays from 10am until 3pm (it's always advised to call ahead, just to be sure we will be open).

    · Other hours are available by appointment.

    · Items left more than fourteen (14) days will be considered abandoned and forfeited to McLaren Auction Services.
