Grandview Art & Auctions provides in-house shipping services for most small to mid-sized items as a courtesy to our buyers.
In-House Shipping
Following payment clearance, items will be professionally packed and invoiced for shipping. Buyers will receive a separate shipping invoice reflecting packing materials, labor, insurance, and carrier charges.
Shipping invoices must be paid prior to release.
We ship via insured carriers and select the most appropriate service based on item size, value, and destination.
Oversized / Specialty Items
Large, fragile, or specialty items may require third-party handling. In such cases, buyers will be provided with recommended professional shippers and will coordinate directly with the carrier.
Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments are insured for the declared value unless otherwise requested.
Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment following payment clearance.
International Shipping
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory compliance. Certain materials may be restricted from export.

Buyer’s Premium
A Buyer’s Premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot as follows:
• 21% for bids placed directly through Grandview Live (bid.grandviewauctions.com)
• 23% for bids placed through the Bidsquare marketplace
The applicable premium is determined by the platform through which the bid is submitted.
Applicable sales tax will be added in accordance with state and local regulations unless a valid resale certificate is on file.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within three (5) business days of invoice issuance. Accepted forms of payment include bank wire transfer, ACH (where available), and credit card (subject to processing limits and fees, if applicable).
Property will not be released until full payment has been received and cleared.
Bidding & Conduct
Grandview Art & Auctions reserves the right to:
• Refuse or revoke bidding privileges
• Withdraw any lot prior to sale
• Resolve bidding disputes at its discretion
• Reject bids deemed not in the best interest of the sale
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.

Authentication Review Period
Items containing autographs, signatures, or Certificates of Authenticity are provided with a ten (10) day authentication review period beginning on the confirmed delivery date.
During this period, buyers may notify Grandview Art & Auctions in writing of a legitimate authenticity concern.
To qualify:
Notice must be received within 10 calendar days of delivery.
The item must remain in the same condition as received.
Supporting documentation from a recognized third-party authentication service may be required.
After the 10-day review period, all sales involving signed or authenticated items are considered final.
This policy does not constitute a general return privilege or approval period.
