PURCHASE PRICE.

The purchase price to be paid by the Buyer is, and the Buyer acknowledges it is responsible for and agrees to timely pay, the sum of the final bid price (the highest bid acknowledged and accepted by the Auctioneer), plus (i) the Buyer’s Premium and (ii) all applicable state and local sales and/or use taxes, collectively named as the “Purchase Price”).

 

CLASSIC CARS

A 12% Buyer Premium is charged on all purchases + VAT (16%) 

A 4% Bank commission will be added if paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard)

A 5% Bank commission will be added if paid by American Express

 

BIDSQUARE PLATFORM COMMISSION : 3% (+ VAT)

 

MEMORABILIA    

A 15% Buyer Premium is charged on all purchases + VAT (16%) 

A 4% Bank commission will be added if paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard)

A 5% Bank commission will be added if paid by American Express
 

BIDSQUARE PLATFORM COMMISSION : 3% (+ VAT)

 

OTHER SALES

A 15% Buyer Premium is charged on all purchases + VAT (16%)

ONLINE AUCTIONS

In addition to the final bid price, the Buyer is required to pay JP AUCTONS a percentage of the final bid price, which JP AUCTIONS retains (the “Buyer’s Premium”). 

 

CLASSIC CARS

JP AUCTIONS Online-Only Auctions will have the following Buyer’s Premium: 10% + VAT (16%)

 

MEMORABILIA  

For Automobilia Lots, JP AUCTIONS will receive a Buyer’s Premium of 12% (+16% VAT) of the final bid price.

 

OTHER SALES

JP AUCTIONS will receive a Buyer’s Premium of 12% (+16% VAT) of the final bid price.

 

PAYMENTS ON PURCHASES

PAYMENT to be made on Auction Day 

For Absentee Bidders, payments of the full Purchase Price is due to JP AUCTIONS within 2 days following completion of the Auction.

 

COLLECTION, REMOVAL AND STORAGE

Following the Auction, Buyers must remove all Lots from the Auction site. 

Buyers must provide their own packing materials and their own assistants for the removal of lots. 

If not removed timely by Buyer, in addition to any and all other remedies and rights JP AUCTIONS may have, JP AUCTIONS shall have the right to remove any Lot at Buyer’s sole risk and expense and store it, at Buyer’s expense, including removal, storage, transportation and handling expenses and costs and applicable taxes, at a third-party warehouse, and Buyer hereby grants JP AUCTIONS an irrevocable power of attorney to remove and store such Lots at Buyer’s expense.  

 

Items not collected within 2 days of the Auction will be charged per lot per day, as follow:

-Classic Cars and Motorcycles: 3000 MXN (+ 16% VAT)

-Memorabilia : 500 MXN (+ 16% VAT)

EXPORT PERMITS 

The Buyer is responsible for determining whether or not an export permit is required to export a Lot and for obtaining and paying the costs of any permits or licenses necessary to export any Lot from MEXICO  or any other country where it is registered and/or import it into any other country, and for the payment of any import duty that may be levied by the country of import. JP AUCTIONS makes no representation or warranty of any kind with regard to whether or not any Lot can be exported or imported or the issuance of an export or import permit for any Lot.

PRIMA AL COMPRADOR  

El precio de compra que deberá pagar el Comprador es la suma del precio final de la puja (la oferta más alta reconocida y aceptada por el Subastador), más (i) la Prima al comprador y el IVA sobre la comisión (ii) cualesquiera impuestos estatales y locales aplicables sobre las ventas (si aplica).

El Comprador reconoce que es responsable y acepta pagar en tiempo y forma lo adquirido.

 

AUTOMOVILES DE COLECCIÓN

Al precio de martillo, se debe añadir una prima al comprador del 12 % + IVA (16 %)

Se añadirá una comisión bancaria del 4% si el pago se realiza con tarjeta de crédito (Visa/Mastercard)

Se añadirá una comisión bancaria del 5% si el pago se realiza con American Express.

COMISIÓN PLATAFORMA BIDSQUARE: 3% (+ IVA)

 

MEMORABILIA

Al precio de martillo, se debe añadir una prima al comprador del 15 % + IVA (16 %)

Se añadirá una comisión bancaria del 4% si el pago se realiza con tarjeta de crédito (Visa/Mastercard)

Se añadirá una comisión bancaria del 5% si el pago se realiza con American Express.

 COMISIÓN PLATAFORMA BIDSQUARE: 3% (+ IVA)

 

OTRAS SUBASTAS

SUBASTAS EN LÍNEA

Sobre el precio de martillo, el Comprador pagará a JP AUCTIONS una Prima al Comprador.

 

AUTOS CLÁSICOS

Las subastas exclusivamente en línea tendrán la siguiente prima del comprador: 10% + IVA (16%)

 

MEMORABILIA

JP AUCTIONS recibirá una Prima al Comprador del 12% (+16% IVA) sobre el precio de martillo.

 

OTRAS SUBASTAS 

JP AUCTIONS recibira una Prima al Comprador del 12% (+16% VAT) sobre el precio de martillo.

 

PAGOS 

Los pagos deberán realizarse el día de la subasta y a más tardar 2 días después de la finalización de la subasta.

Postores ausentes: los pagos deberán realizarse dentro de los 2 días siguientes a la finalización de la subasta.

 

 

RECOLECCION, ENTREGA DE LOTES Y ALMACENAJE

 

Los compradores son responsables de recoger del lugar de la subasta y por sus propios medios, los lotes adquiridos.

 

Los compradores deberán proporcionar sus propios materiales de embalaje y sus propios asistentes o colaboradores para el retiro de los lotes.

 

 

 

Si el comprador no lo retira oportunamente, además de todos los demás recursos y derechos que pueda tener JP AUCTIONS, éste último tendrá derecho a retirar cualquier Lote por cuenta y riesgo exclusivo del comprador y a almacenarlo, a cargo del comprador, incluida la retirada, almacenamiento, gastos y costos de transporte y manipulación, así como los impuestos aplicables.  

 

 

 

LOTES NO RETIRADOS

 

Los lotes que no sean retirados dentro de los 2 días posteriores a la subasta, generarán gastos de almacenaje por lote por día, de la siguiente manera:

 

-Autos de coleccion y Motos: 3000 MXN (+ 16% IVA)

 

-Memorabilia: 500 MXN (+ 16% IVA)

PERMISOS DE EXPORTACIÓN

 

El Comprador es responsable de determinar si se requiere o no un permiso de exportación para exportar un Lote y

de obtener y pagar los costos de cualquier permiso o licencia necesaria para exportar cualquier Lote desde MÉXICO

o cualquier otro país donde esté registrado y/o importarlo a cualquier otro país, y para el pago de cualquier derecho

de importación que pueda imponer el país de importación. JP AUCTIONS no ofrece ninguna representación ni garantía

de ningún tipo con respecto al hecho de que si un Lote puede exportarse o importarse o no, ni a la emisión de un permiso

de exportación o importación.
