Firearm sales must comply with applicable Texas & Federal regulations, and a DENIED status issued by the NICS System will not cancel the successful bidders obligations purchase payment. Firearm purchases not picked up in person must be transferred to a FFL Licensee. The cost of shipping and transfer from Austin Auction Gallery to the designated FFL Licensee is $45.00 for each firearm.
