PAYMENT BY BIDDERS All bidding and purchases at the auction will be in U.S. Dollars. A buyer's premium will be added to successful non-Internet bids in the amount of 22%; for internet bids placed on Bidsquare, a buyers premium will be added to the successful bids in the amount of 26%; for Internet bids on Live Auctioneers & Invaluable, a buyer's premium will be added to the successful bids in the amount of 27%; these percentage amounts will be added to the amount of the successful bid price for lots purchased at the auction. In addition, buyers will be responsible to pay applicable State of Texas sales taxes. All Internet purchases must be paid in full within (5) days of completion of the auction. Any cause of action and/or suit of any kind arising between the parties hereto (to include auctioneer, auction company, consignor or purchasers of goods at auction) must be commenced within one (1) year from the date the cause of action accrues or it will be forever barred. Firearm sales must comply with applicable Texas & Federal regulations, and a DENIED status issued by the NICS System will not cancel the successful bidders obligations purchase payment. Firearm purchases not picked up in person must be transferred to a FFL Licensee. The cost of shipping and transfer from Austin Auction Gallery to the designated FFL Licensee is $45.00 for each firearm.
