All measurements and weights are approximate. Clarke is not responsible for typographical errors. All glassware is sold as is; Clarke Auction can not check every piece for chips. Clarke Auction will not guarantee the authenticity of any signature unless so stated at the time of auction, and will only guarantee the medium in which the particular work is executed. The purchase price payable by the Buyer shall be the sum of the final bid (“hammer price”) plus the Buyer’s Premium of 25% and any applicable sales tax. Purchases are subject to 8.375% Westchester County/New York State sales tax except when a valid resale certificate has been furnished and verified valid by Clarke Auction, prior to any auction or sale. *** Per New York regulations: Non resale certificate holders are to pay the same tax rate as local buyers regardless if items are shipped out of state/country. *** A small percentage of lots may have a reserve price, which is the confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold.
