In the event the work is judged inauthentic by the expert, the work may be returned in the same condition as it was sold and the purchase price will be refunded. Refunds do not include the buyers premium, transportation, insurance, or other expenses that may have been incurred by the buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to make payment in a timely fashion such that the property can be released and inspected within this thirty (30) day time frame. After [Artist Name] : The work was executed by an unknown hand, but is a deliberate copy of a known work by the artist. Works of art and items listed as Attributed to: an artist are offered without proof of authenticity and are offered without warranty as to authenticity. All lots are sold "AS IS" and Orion Antiques LLC nor its consignors make any warranties or representations with respect to such lots, implied or expressed, except for the limited warranties stated herein.
