Ownership: Item ownership is conveyed immediately following the closing of the lot. While we always try to store all items with great care, Orion Antiques will not assume liability for any loss or damage to an item after the lot is closed. After the AUCTION Buyer's Premium: In addition to the hammer price, the buyer agrees to pay Orion Antiques LLC a buyer's premium of 25%, current Florida sales tax of 7% and shipping (as applicable).
