SHIPPING Once an item(s) is marked sold at auction, RA is no longer responsible in any way for the lot. If the item(s) are not paid for / do not have arranged shipping 7 days post auction, RA will charge a $10 per day / per item holding fee on smaller items. Large items, such as furniture / oversized pieces, will be charged a $50 per day / per item holding fee. From that point, the buyer has 3 more weeks to claim their item(s). After one month from the auction sale date, if an item(s) is not paid for or does not have arranged shipping set in stone in place, the item(s) will then be released back to RA. No exceptions will be made. All purchases of gold, silver or over $1,000 will be made by wire transfer if RA requests. Announcements day of sale take precedence over all other information. RA will not be held liable for any comment said live or online regarding any lot. RA is not responsible for fire, theft or any act of God that might occur to any winning bidder of an item, if the item is held after the day of auction. RA is not responsible for any damage to any item, claims, or theft in any regard from a 3rd party carrier. This includes a private courier we have recommended or USPS or UPS. RA has no liability for items withdrawn from auction or any items that fall under federal law concerning endangered species, environmental laws etc. All lots must be paid for in full before any are released to the buyer. This includes additional after auction purchases. All combinations thereof must be paid for in their entirety before being released. RA uses a multiplatform auction service and your bid on any one platform does not mean you are the high or winning bidder. RA strongly advises inspection of items to be bid on prior to bidding. PAYMENT Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted with 3.5% convenience fee. Payment must be made within 48 hrs of the end of the sale. If Rivich Auction does not receive payment in full for a successful buyers item invoice within 7 days from the sales end date, they reserve the right to enact one or more of the following measures on non-paying bidders: 1.)
