Auction Description

TavernTrove Thursday Night Pre-Prohibition Brewery Ephemera Auction 1 by TavernTrove
Ephemera is something that was intended to have no lasting significance, such as posters, broadsides, tickets, and letterhead. These items were originally meant to be discarded after use but have since become collectibles. In them are the customs and values of American society of the 19th century, a sometimes strange and unreliable era. The items in this auction are in some cases the only surviving record of the breweries they represent. Some contain the signatures of these nearly forgotten brewers. They are true historic documents.
