Auction Description
The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod’s (AFCC) mission is to support and strengthen a vibrant and diverse arts and cultural sector for everyone in the region. Auction proceeds help the AFCC to fulfill its mission through: grant-making; AFCC Access Program; arts advocacy with our legislators; and the Creative Exchange Program - providing professional development and educational resources to our region's creative workforce.

We’re pleased to offer the following options: Local pickup at the Arts Foundation office, 396 Main ST, #10, Hyannis, MA; Local delivery on Cape Cod for a $25 transportation fee; Shipping at the buyer’s expense

The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod (AFCC) reserves the right to add items to or withdraw items from the Auction without notice. The AFCC has attempted to describe and catalog all items accurately, but all items are offered “as is, where is”. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are in ready to hang condition. The AFCC neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for, the correctness of the descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, orally at the Auction, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. The values listed are estimates of fair market values. Items have not been appraised by the AFCC. Each person (bidder) issued a bid number assumes all risks and hazards related to the items obtained at the Auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising there from the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, its employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers connected with the Auction. Note that a twelve percent (12%) buyer's premium will be added to all winning lots. Arts Gala attendees will not be charged a buyer's premium and invoice will be adjusted for those winning bidders.
